Pure Pharmaceuticals Refund & Returns Policy

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of prescription medications and strict regulatory requirements, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure patient safety and compliance with all applicable laws.
1. General Policy on Returns
All prescription medication sales are final. For health, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of any prescription medications once they have been shipped from our pharmacy. This is a standard practice across the pharmaceutical industry to prevent contamination, misuse, or incorrect redistribution of medications.
2. Limited Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements
We will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion only in the following specific circumstances:
- Shipping Error (Our Mistake): If we shipped the incorrect medication or incorrect quantity due to an error on our part.
- Damaged During Shipment: If your medication arrives with visibly damaged, compromised, or tampered packaging. You must not use the medication and must contact us immediately.
- Failed Delivery (Our Responsibility): If a shipment is lost or undeliverable due to an error by Pure Pharmaceuticals or our designated shipping carrier.
3. What is NOT Eligible for Return or Refund
- Correctly shipped prescription medications, including if you have a change in your prescription, no longer need the medication, or experience side effects. (Please consult your prescribing physician for all medical concerns.)
- Unopened medications in original, secure packaging.
- Orders that are in transit or successfully delivered.
- Any product where the patient-specific safety seal is broken.
4. Process for Reporting an Issue
If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, you must:
- Contact our team within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages) at 621-254-2147.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- For damaged goods, you may be required to provide photographic evidence.
We will investigate promptly and provide instructions if a return of the product is necessary for our quality assurance review. Do not return any medication without explicit authorization from our team.
5. Prescription Verification & Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order for a full refund only if our clinical team has not yet verified your prescription and processed it for dispensing. Once prescription verification and dispensing have begun, the order cannot be canceled.
